Brian Kay is a grammy award-winning lutenist and continuo player specializing in theorbo, archlute, and baroque guitar.  he has extensive professional experience in orchestral, chamber, opera, choral, and recording settings and regularly performs with the folger consort, hesperus, 

and early music access project with recent appearances including les delices, baroque chamber orchestra of colorado, and alchemy viols. he is available internationally for concerts, tours, opera, oratorio, and recording projects.
